Skodula antique bead necklace

A twentytwo carat yellow gold necklace designed as 35 hammered links, each with a drilled carnelian bead varying in colour from light brown to deep red brown and sloping towards the back from ca 10,2 to 4,9 mm., with white etched decoration, made in the Indus Valley in Afghanistan 2000-1500 BC, on an eighteen carat yellow gold hook with safeguard. Necklace made by Wolfgang Skoluda, Hamburg, in 1994. With original invoice card with description and design sketch.
